  • What is the minimum size I can order?

    Our minimum blind size is 24 inches wide by 36 inches tall. This base size applies to all product categories — Zebra Blinds, Roller Blinds, Shutters, and more.

  • How does custom sizing work?

    After the minimum size (24" W × 36" H), sizes increase in 6-inch increments both in width and height. For example: 24", 30", 36", 42" … up to 110" wide and 120" tall. Simply enter your required dimensions in the product configurator and the price will update automatically.

  • How is pricing calculated?

    Every product is priced from its minimum size (24" × 36"). As you increase the width or height in 6-inch steps, the price adjusts accordingly. Price tables for each increment are set by our team and are applied automatically when you configure a product on its product page.

  • Can I get a written estimate before ordering?

    Yes. After configuring your product — choosing size, fabric, chain, motor, and headrail options — you can request a formal estimate. The estimate will be emailed to both you and our team so everyone has a record before any order is placed.

  • Are motorization and smart home options available?

    Motorization is available on select products including Zebra Blinds, Roller Blinds, Shangrila Blinds, and Smart Curtains. You can choose motor options within the product configurator. Our team is happy to advise on compatibility with your smart home system — just ask in the enquiry form above.

  • What are your typical lead times?
